If I can give no stars I would. On Nov 11 after 5:30pm I came into the lobby to place an order. Once I got to the register 2... young hispanic men ran to back of the store and didn?t take my order. I waited like 5 mins until I said excuse me is thereanyone going to help me? It took me 2 time of saying it than some young hispanic lady came looking and I told her what tookplace she walked to the back to say something to them and no one still came to front to assist me. Like 2 minutes later a younghispanic girl came in took my order which I came in just one order of tacos. I didn?t even get I apologize for the inconveniencebut only bad customer service. I will not be returning back to this location I rather driver further to receive betterservice!Do better! Read more
This particular Jack in the Box is in a good location but it's always understaffed and closed when the open sign is on and the... workers are present it's always out of something and you have to adjust your order and when you agree to the adjustment yourorder still comes out wrong... Hopefully one day their owners and management will step up and be on hand to correct theseconcerns Read more

You have a young man as a manager that doesn't know what germs are. I visited today just for a burger and fries. He was picking... sores on his face and then decided to bag food without washing his hands. When I said something, he tried to explain that hewashed his hands before I came in. If your employees can't be clean then why run a restaurant. He needs to lose that position.All these illnesses that are going around is because of people like him. No consideration for others. This was the WORST buttery jack it?s like a regular burger with Swiss I asked the boys that worked there what burger comes with... mushrooms they said they don?t have any burgers with mushrooms I looked up the web and it showed the buttery jack I asked whatcame on it and they said some kind of sauce lettuce and tomato they put ketchup and mayonnaise smh I have had a buttery jackfrom other JACK IN THE BOX but they just ruined this for me thanks kids from Jack on W Ledbetter Read more
