I just left Jack n the box?. Is 600am July 31. I worked from 600pm to 530 am and order four tacos with extra cheese and taco... sauce the manager on duty was short with me when I shed did you guys put the extra cheese and taco sauce on the taco?. I usuallywait till I get home to eat because that will give the tacos time to cool off?. I put my hand on one of the tacos and no heat atall they served a room temperature taco? all four of them? I usually stop here before I go home but I am going to have to findanother location if this is hire we are to be served? there was a young lady sitting on the countertop swinging her legs Ave onthe phone?. Passed by late at night on drive-thru and nobody was answering the speaker. Said hello a couple of times and waited before... deciding to pull up to the window. When the cashier opened the window we let her know we didn't hear anything at the speaker andshe rudely responded she told us to wait. We were not rude to her, and let her know nicely we didn't hear anything but if wecould still order at the window. To which she rudely replied no, closed the window, and walked away. We decided to go elsewheresince we didn't want to deal with a rude person so late at night...Mcdonalds next door provides better service. Read more
I tried to order on July 21 at 11 pm and the person in charge of the shift did not want to take an order because he spoke... Spanish at first, nor did he answer in the kitchen and when he went to the window he did not want to take the order either whathe said were the rules of the Jack in the box company and the employee said he was the manager on duty. after that no oneshowed up at the drive through window. We are in the drive thru waiting for over 10mins decide to reverse and go inside and the guys come and locks the door. This is... at 4:30pm in the afternoon. I knock and doesn?t bother looking back. First time going, every was perfect wonderful waitress and good food.
Came by about 20 minutes ago and bought tacos from here and as me and my people eating them we notice they taste weird so we... opened them and see they are BURNED. I work in customer service and i will never give out food thats not good. This Is veryunproffesional and my first and last time coming here . will love my money back too. Read more
I just went through drive thru maybe about 10 min . I order 12 and asked for them to be made extra crispy. I live about 5 min... away . got home tacos are hard , soggy and taste old. I told the lady I don't mind waiting . they decided to give what ever theywanted. next time take the extra 5 min and go the only on Clarendon and Westmorland the wait is little long depending the timeyou go but is worth it compared to this location . tried calling but it just rings and rings rings ....
