Tried the Cluck sandwich for the first time last night. I will not be ordering it again. It was extremely salty. If I wanted... a salt sandwich, I would have put salt on two slices of bread and gone at it. It was so salty that all I could taste was salt. And that sandwich is expensive. They have a lot of good things at Jack-In-The-Box but that Cluck sandwich is not one of them. My rating is not an overall rating. It is a rating of the Cluck sandwich. Read more

First of all my wife and I have been loyal customers of Jack and Box for years, but as of today that stops. I'm going to spread... the word that Jack and the Box hires managers that don't have respect for customers nor do they know how to resolve customercomplaints. My wife and I stopped by Jack and the Box on the corner of 35 and Mockingbird. Spent 18. dollars and some change. Mywife ordered the Ultimate bacon cheeseburger, it was light on bacon so my wife asked if she could get some more. I'll just saythe answer was no. Then my wife said I want a refund. She decided to get a breakfast sandwich combo. So he says he'll do andeven swap on the meals. Breakfast sandwich combo $6.39 ultimate bacon cheeseburger 8.79. and then he tries to convince us it'scomes out to be even. Nasty attitude, I'm very connected to a few people and because of the way he spoke and tried to belittleus I'll personally be spreading the word around to both Church people and co-workers. I only eat 3 maybe 4 items there! Breakfast crossint, egg rolls, teriyaki bowl, season fries and every now and then I may try a... special. Just not my thing... all their items are greasy, full of fat not much of a choice otherwise Read more
The people at the window were great, but they gave me the wrong drink and the wrong salad dressing, and forgot to put lettuce in... the salad. No joke. They forgot the lettuce. In the salad. The fact that they still got 3 stars should tell you, I love thefolks at the window :D Read more
