Reviews for Jack in the Box in Dallas, TX
They said they are closed at 1:43 am. My understanding is Jack n the box is open until 2:00 am. Why the early closer ?
I Had a Great Experience..... at first the girl got.my order Wrong but I went back to speak with the Lead shift Supervisor.. and... they Corrected the order... very nice not rude at all here and The Food is better than all the Jack in the Boxes in Texas.. it'sa good Store... everyone makes Mistakes..... we get off work late and we're tired and when our order is wrong we get upset....but This place is worth it the food and customer Service is the Best Out here... hands Down try there Food It's super Good....Thanks For all your Hard Work Read more
I only got a large Dr Pepper but I really loved the folks that worked there.
I went there for breakfast. I had a Breakfast Jack, Hashbrowns and a large coke and it was all so good. The attendant was so... nice, courteous and gave us our food with a smile. I love this Jack-in-the-box location. I will be back. Read more
The staff of teenagers especially the young girl working the register ("Shae")were very rude . i asked for extra lettuce and was... given plenty , plus some to take home to make a couple of salads LoL after informing "Shae" and the manager on duty ("ivan")that i didnt need that much lettuce both replied , you asked for extra lettuce . i got what i asked for . I'd give this Jack in the Box a 90% when it comes to communication with order accuracy. Coming to this particular Jack in the... Box for years, I've realized there's no real working concept to adequatly train a high turnover of employees. As a customer,talk slowly, make sure they understand what you want, and double check before you leave. If they don't hand you or put yourreceipt in the bag, there's a good chance they already realized they messed up your order and that keeps you from taking thesurvey printed on your receipt. Reviews do count at corporate headquarters. Most of the time, you get friendly service and goodfast food. Very good Coke soda mixing machine to create your own mixes. Read more
Poor service. Asked for a special they were promoting outsid3 and said they didn't had it no more. Waited more than 15 mins for... an order of wakey bakey. Small place and wasn't that clean. Read more
