Excellent Jamaican cuisine. This is a must visit if you are in Dallas. First the ambience reminds me of the amazing... restaurants in Ochos Rios. The service is spectacular, genuinely Jamaican and hospitable. There is a wait for the food buthonestly good food isn't fast and fast food isn't good. Well, well, well worth the wait. Excellent Jerk chicken, explodingwith flavor. Rice and peas are made to perfection. Just as amazing is the curry goat, incredibly tender and full of flavor. Everything complimented by heavenly plantains and cabbage. If you miss this place you are truly missing a hidden gem of Dallas. Read more

Friendly owner and staff, cute spot. Food was decent, not a fan of the Mac and cheese? the cheese to noodle ratio was off, I... felt like I was just eating cheese. The jerk chicken was decent. I would try something else off of the menu if I go back again. Read more

One of the best Jamaican restaurants I've been to. Well seasoned and a little spicy. Walking in to this place you are... transported to the little mom & pop shops in The Caribbean. You also find Jamaican sodas, seasonings for sale and a few otherthings like whole nutmeg, mesh tan tops, African Shea butter, etc. Super cute Caribbean vibe. Outdoor sitting on picnic tablesin a big patio. Support local mom & pop shops like this one! Junior (the owner) is super nice and welcoming. We are going backseveral times! Read more

They do have actual dining space at all. Not very tasty at all. The jerk chick was soupy and flavorless. The rice and peas were... very mushy and tasteless as well. The plantains had no try to them and didn?t have proper taste at all. The cabbage was soggyand not flavored. Even the lemonade wasn?t appealing. We do not recommend. Read more

So far everything is nicely flavored ????.(nuff respeck to the chef????????) Uses a wide variety of the island spices to flavor... the food and worth the wait. Call ahead though as a few of the foods are cooked to order or you will be waiting. Read more

I visited this place on Sunday while in town for the state fair. I wanted to taste something different and I did. The place was... nice, I ordered my food to go and it took like 30 minutes to get. I got the curry goat with peas and rice and some lightly friedcabbage salad. Ummm it was not very good. Idk if peas and rice are supposed to be super dry but that side was just that and thegoat wasn't the best either, it was very bland and a bit overdone. I feel it could have been way better and that cabbage wasalso terrible and bland. I didn't finish it needless to say. It was an experience, ya win some, ya lose some. I lost my freaking$17 on that bull.???? Read more

The best oxtails rice peas and cabbage I've had in a long time so tender very flavorful. This place is a small take out... establishment with seating outside. The owner is very passionate about all the food and dishes they create. If you like it spicyyou can purchase a bottle of Jamaican hot pepper sauce. Very good food. Read more
