Has taken already almost an hour for a 1 sandwich delivery. I get that stuff happens but come on! Don't advertise "freaky fast"... if you can't follow it. Have never had a problem with other locations before. Read more

Used to order from this place a lot. Last few times it took about an HOUR to get my food. On top of that, the sandwich quality... reminds me of meals I'd have for lunch in the 4th grade. 3 pieces of thinly sliced deli ham (at best). Nowhere near the $15price of the meal. I'd avoid this place and go somewhere else. You'll be disappointed at what little you get for your money. Read more

Have had a few issues with this store and they don?t respond to corporate complaints apparently. My most recent was me and my... fiancé visiting to place a catering order for a gathering we had tonight. As we pulled up to the parking lot an employee was inthe parking lot talking selfies with her gloves and (very very dirty) apron on. She then walked inside behind the counterwithout washing her hands and keeping said dirty apron on. We left before we could see more to go to chick-fil-a. They careabout hygiene and health code. Just had a horrible experience with this particular store. The shift manager John took my order, charged my account not only to... call back 15 minutes later and tell me I?m outside of their range. What troubles me is that not only 4 hours ago I ordered thesame exact thing and had it delivered across the street and it was even less than what I ordered this time. He proceeded totell me that the delivery driver did not want to deliver to my address. I get it being out of range and finding a differentrestaurant. My thing is why take down my address when I first call and tell me they can deliver to my address but then bc thedelivery driver has a problem going 3.1 miles to my location, and yes I tip well. They got slammed today and it took a long time for my delivery. Not many people understand how hard it is to hire a staff after... Covid. I work in a restaurant in Frisco and no one shows up for interviews and it sucks. This location has always deliveredquick and on time for me so I am patient with one bad day. If only people can understand how hard it is to hire right now. Youguys always Rock in my eyes. Read more

Ordered placed at 11:30 am. It is currently 12:15 pm and still no food. Called at noon and was told driver would be here in 3... mins. Just called and was told he's on delivery with 3 orders but they don't know where he is. Male on the phone did not soundremorseful or empathetic at all. No explanation, no care at all. This place is sooo unprofessional & I feel as if they might have a thing against African Americans! The guys at this store speak... so harsh to African Americans. My co workers all have experienced issues with the guys in the store. I came in to have mysandwich fixed & one of the guys came from the back & already had on gloves, he took my sandwich out of my hands and touchedinside the sandwich. I asked for my sandwich to be remade because I didn?t see him put on new gloves from coming from the backof the store! He began to yell at me and question why I have a issue! The manager next to him named John allowed the worker tospeak to me in such a harsh manner. I simply came in with a low tone and asked that my sandwich be fixed & was yelled at & toldnot to return. I?ve had issues with this store for the past few months & to treat me as if I?ve caused a disturbance & I haven?tis not right! This store needs a improvement in employees & management! QUICKLY!!
