nice guy, but moved too fast. placed cheese on my sandwich after i specifically sd not to and didnt include my pickle. had to go... back inside for it. I was the only customer there, so idk how it was wrong. Read more

Worst service ever. I placed my order at 11:30 AM, and it?s 1:43 PM and I still haven?t received my food. I should?ve known... better then to order from Jimmy John?s. This location is awful. Just do away with the "Freaky Fast" slogan already!! 2nd Time this has happened! Placed my order at 11:50a.m. At 12:50 I had to... make a call as I had not received my order. The manager on duty was nice but gave the same exact excuse as the last time Iordered. They only have "one driver" and all employees out today. I wish Jimmy John's would disable their delivery option whenthis happens. Why keep over extending yourselves with all those backed up orders, leaving people to wonder about the food theyordered. I then left my job to go pick up my order and it was still there. I was given my order but no delivery fee refund normy tip money back. I get it, things happen but at this location, it ALWAYS happens! Read more

?Freaky Fast? is slower than Potbelly?s. I don?t remember the last time it took me 15 minutes to make a BLT with all of the... ingredients pre-made in front of me. Also the customer service is minimally acceptable. I used to work at JJ?s and this ispretty sad honestly. Not even a ?Hey? or ?Hello? upon entering. At least they don?t mess up the food. Read more

I placed an online order on Monday, 3/7/22 at 11:30AM, by 1:15PM I still had not received my order. I am a nurse and was... scheduled to be in the operating room by 1:15PM leaving no time to be able to actually eat what I had ordered. I contacted thestore 5 times before someone finally picked up, explained they were short staffed but that my order would be cancelled and thetransaction would be refunded. The individual I spoke to did not refund or void the transaction and $27.28 was processed on mycard for an order I never received. I reached out via email (there is no corporate contact phone number) the following day andwas told to contact the store manager. I called and spoke with Larry who was unaplogetic, explained that he "was not hereyesterday and there was nothing he could do to refund because the day was already closed out". I contacted the individual thatemailed me instructing me to contact the store manager and explained what the store manager told me. I was told the informationwould be forwarded to the store owner. It is now Friday, 3/11/22 and my money has not been refunded nor have I been contactedfurther. This location stole my money, almost $30 with no remorse and no solution in site. BEWARE as they will likely steal yourmoney as well. Read more
