I just went there order some chicken and taco bell on the drive thru they didnt give me my order correct and im missing some... taco bell items call the store with no answer? because i just got home and about to eat and my order was wrong and missing someitems they also didn?t provide my ticket???????????? such a great dinner ???????? I wish I could give them zero stars. There is always a problem in their drive through service. Either there will be no cheese on... the famous bowl order, no spoon, giving me crispy instead of the original chicken I ordered, or something wrong always. Read more
Even though the chicken was hot and fresh, the original recipe no longer exists....it had no flavor.....the mashed potatoes and... Cole slaw seemed like they were a week old, with the gravy on the potatoes was dried out and the Cole slaw was just plum dry,which no Cole slaw should be, not to mention lousy customer service Read more
Long time for someone to show up to take order, out of diet pepsi (come on, they're owned by pepsi), and apparently you have to... ask them to unlock the restroom WITH NO NOTICE! I wasted a good chunk of time waiting for someone to come out only to discoverthat management has it locked. Burrito (taco bell side) was good. Read more
They always get the drive through and take away orders wrong. I don't know why this is happening. Not only one time but... everytime when I order I will get the wrong items handed to me. Today I ordered 4 piece combo crispy but I got the regular. Whywould KFC want us to do a final check whether they got the order right or not? Why wouldn't they do it themselves? The KFC potatoes were okay but the Taco Bell fries didn?t have seasoning and the beef in my tacos were so watered down it soggy... up my tacos in the time from the window to the parking spot I parked in..(where they premade???) Also the manager at thewindow,her job was well done but didn?t smile and of course it?s understandable she dislikes her job but come on, fake a smilefor your customers at very least?. Read more
