This place is trash. It was dead on a football season Sunday. At one point there was no manager on duty to correct wrong pricing... on drink specials. Servers and bartenders drinking on the job. Taking shots in the open right behind the bar. Only good thing isthe food. Read more

Knockouts was awesome tonight for the Chiefs game against the Chargers!!! The waitresses were very attentive, friendly,... knowledgeable about menu, service was fast and food was delicious!!! Excellent service!!! Lots of TVs to watch the game!!!Atmosphere was amazing and felt like being at home how cozy it was. Visiting from Houston with my bosses and coworkers. Wanted wings so we googled this place and decided to come. From our waitress... to management to the owner, they showed us real southern hospitality. The food was slamming! Met the owner Gabe who had welcomedus and was about to leave, but offered to personally make us wings on the house! Wings were spectacular and we found us a newspot every time we visit!! It's a cute place to watch sports. We went to see the Mexico vs Argentina. The issue that need to be staffed more adequate. We... waited 30 minutes or more to be acknowledged if we been served drinks. The other waitresses just kept walking by, it would ofbeen nice for them to say " someone will be with as soon we can. But nope when someone finally came they weren't sure they hador offered mixed drinks. And it took them another 30-40 minutes to come back. So when our order was taken it took another 1 1/2hours for our drinks to be drop off. The waitresses said she forgot and they bar was busy. We didn't want to order food sinceit was take longer. They need better customer service. Read more
