I and my family love the place! This establishment consists of 2 sections: Fresh market and the dining area. We tried potato... pancake, sausage sampler and smoke salted pork chop. They are all excellent dishes. Sauerkraut is just right. I don't know whichsauce included in the sausage sampler but it tastes like fresh Wasabi. The minus point is the parking. You might find itdifficult to find a slot in the parking area. Read more
While walking in Snider Plaza, I was overwhelmed by a delicious aroma wafting in the cool morning air. I followed my nose to... Kuby's Sausage House and perused their Fruhstuck menu(that's breakfast to you and me). The decor is warm and charming, havingthe ambience of a traditional German restaurant. The diners seem to be from the neighborhood of University Park and knew oneanother. I ordered two pancakes and sausage but noticed potato pancakes on the menu. Perhaps next time. There was one server forabout twenty patrons so she was busy but attentive to me. When my cakes and sausage arrived, the food temperature was tepidwhich suggested that it may have sat around a while. I mentioned the server was busy, right? No biggie. The cakes were heartyand tasty. The sausage tasted fresh and with more sage than normal. My breakfast was delicious and I liked the atmosphere. So,take a trip to the Old Country without leaving Dallas at Kuby's. Read more
Very nice, organized, perfectly presentable store. Great selection of products, delicious sausages, meats and deli. All... homemade! Very clean. Attached restaurant offers breakfast and lunch. Good menu. Definitely will be back! Read more
This was my first experience at Kuby's and I definitely will be back soon! There is a store with a meat counter, cheese area,... shelf items, and premade meals. On the other side of the store is a restaurant where you can order food and drinks. They havesausages, many types, German salad, sauerkraut, fries, sandwiches, and beer in steins. 07/03/21: Nice selection of German foods here at Kuby?s market. I only went to the market since the restaurant was already... closed for the day. All the sausages looked good and I had a hard time choosing. I wanted to get one of each to try, but didn?twant to go home and be in trouble. Lol Service was friendly, nice, and fast. Read more
It was quite disappointing to see the beer menu. The sausages have an average taste. They do have good potatoes pancakes. Walk... in and find place to sit. Parking is quite a challenge around this place - 2 hour parking spots. Read more
