Got very hungry on a Friday get to the restaurant and try to order something to eat but the guy at the coffee stand no even... bother when he saw me, not even a good evening! or how me I help you! then I went to the other side to get my order to stay andother order to go. I placed a catering or two days in advance and when I arrived it was not ready, not even in their system. When I DID get it... home, there was no bread. Then I get an overdraft message from my bank stating that my large catering order had been billed anddeducted twice. I tried to call the restaurant numerous times, no answer. I placed a request online. No response. I calledcorporate and left a message. No response. I NEVER leave bad reviews. But when you charge me over $300 for a $125 cateringpackage, you will hear from me. Read more
I?ve been working here a few months and I need to switch my card and they have yet to place my money on my paycard that I?ve... worked for! I?ve called everybody many times I?ve called Jesse, my manager everybody and nobody is trying to pay me so if theycan they will make u work for free and play favoritism the whole time your there I do my job to the fullest and yet they stilltell me to keep waiting and frankly a week and a half should be long enough there service is unprofessional and unnecessary andhonestly Alamo heights location needs to audited a bit more often.!!!! La Madeleine's location in Rockwall TX. I visit this location quite often. Today was a different experience for me. First in... line and stood here for 5 mins before being helped with our order. I asked the cashier is she the only worker taking orders andshe replied that they're short staff. But before she helped us, there was a man whom looked like the manager or the shiftsupervisor. He stood in the kitchen and glanced at us but no greetings from him. We got our table and the line kept growinglonger and longer. The poor woman is working all alone and no help from the manager. We arrived at Madeline in Duluth Georgia at 430 to have a nice relaxing dinner early on New Years Eve. We ordered our food and... sat at a table near the fireplace. Our food arrived to the table and before we even put our napkins on our lap, the managercomes up to us and quite abruptly said "we are closing in 15 min" The soup was COLD , no coffee, bread tasted stale and themusic being played was let's say not French AT ALL, in fact the only time I heard anything French was in the bathroom. I consider La Madeleine one of my favorite restaurants. I moved to La and they opened one in Shreveport. I was so very happy.... But management soon changed as the the service and food. Watered down soup, cold food, our of to many food items. And cheapplastic silverware. This is not the type of restaurant for cheap. So disappointed and concerned we will lost it here. Went to the Perimeter Atlanta Store and it got "ONE STAR"!! ONE STAR only because they wouldn't post the review otherwise! The... service was extremely poor and unfriendly. The soups were not hot and the food not properly made, i.e., a Four Cheese grilledcheese sandwich was on toasted bread but not warm and the four cheeses were not melted. The tables were cleared of dishes butnot wiped clean. Finally both bathrooms were very dirty to say the least. Certainly not recommended!! Read more
