They were out of almost everything when we went, more than 4 hours before closing. Ordered the French breakfast and after paying... was told they didn't have the Galette and replaced it with a croissant. They also said their coffee machines were broken and hadno coffee but the coffee urns next to the soda machines had some. About more than half of the people who came after us leftwithout ordering due to every time they asked if they had a certain thing they were told no. Beautiful interior! Terrible service. 30 minutes waiting for our food when there were only two customers ahead of us. Food came... out cold. Chicken pesto pasta was sent back, still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to reheat it. My husbands sandwichwas also made on stale bread. The worst part of the entire experience? The cashier was rude, short, and very unhelpful. Thesecond employee was kinder when we sent our food back. Never again. I waited a very long time for an employee to take my order. No greeting, no eye contact, just mumbling. And this staff member... was wearing ear buds. When he brought the plate, just sat it down and turned to go back to the counter. The wild mushroom souptasted off and the salad was wilted. Zero customer service. Unfortunately this location does not look like a La Madeleine and it does not feel like La Madeleine, and the food does not... taste like La Madeleine's. The Chicken Friand had obviously been sitting a while before being reheated, resulting in a pastrythat was not flakey and a bit soggy. The quiche was over cooked, perhaps because of reheating, but certainly not up to par. Atleast the pastries Cherry and Greek yogurt Danish, and Chocolate Crossiant were good. As much as I enjoy La Madeleine, I willnot be returning to this location. Not a good concept. Call it something else. Read more

Ordered takeout Chicken La Madeleine and Balsamic Glazed Salmon with Green beans almond one and rice. Also ordered Coconut cake... slice. First thing they are out of coconut cake, but charged us anyway. Green beans tasted awful. Almost like they were old. Imight return for breakfast and pastry items in future, but will try another location. Read more
