Been going here for YEARS and the gentleman working about 540ish pm today March 17th 2019 had to been the worst employee they... have had EVER. I would put his name but his words were that's not important. Had the worst customer service ever he even hung upon me. I have always order the same order which is the #4 or #5 and he said he would have to charge me differently cause thatspecial is longer available. Which guess what there is a big signed by there drive thru for it hmmmmm how odd. But sad to seepeople who seem to hate their job work there and hang up on there customers as this fool did. dominoes will be our go to fromnow on. Read more
I?m sitting in here now waiting 30 minutes for a thin crust pepperoni and Italian cheese bread cause apparently one of the... workers sold the cheese bread that was suppose to go to me while I was waiting for my pizza to cook! And it takes them almost10 minutes to realize that had happened. So this has by far been my worst experience in a Little Caesar?s so far and this isusually a good location. Read more
Went to get lunch through the drive through and lady taking our order seemed annoyed by us using the drive through. Anyway didnt... look much into it. Got home and pizza was cold, breadsticks were soggy. Maybe the warmers they use stopped working or they hdmtbeen turned on. Either way if you want the best quality i suggest asking for a fresh pizza or whatever. Read more
Little Caesars is great if you want dirt cheap pizza to feed a bunch of people who don't mind eating dirt cheap pizza. It's not... the greatest pizza in the world, it's not even the best pizza within a couple blocks of that location, but it probably is thecheapest. If people are hungry they'll eat it. Read more
Went by last night at 9:47pm. They decided to close early. They put a sign saying drive thru closed. Went around and parked in... the front and tried the front door. It was locked and the guy inside mopping made a slash mark across his throat. I guess toindicate they were closed. I showed him my phone with the time as clearly 9:51. He just shrugged his shoulders, turned hisback and went back to his happy mopping. I tried to call the store to complain and found that the voice mail was not even setup to receive voice mails. Wow. I have been to this store before and the wait in the drive thru is often 10 minutes. So muchfor hot and ready. I guess it means hot and pulled from the freezer and nuked in the microwave....I went and got Dominoesinstead. It was also cheaper and hot and ready when I got there....It's a franchise. I went and read the reviews and it wasstaggering the number of complaints of bad service that seems to be company wide at this point. I guess Christopher Illich theceo is not doing his job if there in Detroit. Does anything good come from Detroit anymore? How sad for them....Will nevershop there again..... Read more
Good quality pizza but this location I don't usually go to. I went to it and we had to wait extra for our pizza they put a man's... pizza in the oven before ours and he came in after us. Then we were gonna buy breadsticks but the marinara was cold and she saidtheir was no way she could warm it up!! Read more

Place is packed most of the time I go in after work so I ordered online...staff is nice and pizza is good for price... I am a... little disappointed in the customers I see in there...!!! Very unfriendly if they have to wait... You should order online ifyou are in a hurry...!! Read more
