I deleted a previous one star rating so I could give a new one-star rating. WORST LOCATION EVER!!! Doesn't matter what estimate... they put in the online portal for when it will be ready, it will not be ready. Give it 10 more minutes. Today I ordered just anextra most bestest pepperoni, nothing fancy. Monday at 4:30 pm, not rush hour. I showed up 10 minutes late because I knowbetter, and it still isn't ready, 30 minutes after I ordered it!!! One pepperoni pizza!!! They said the cook forgot to put itin the oven. What?!!! Zero stars..Do not order from Door Dash when ordering from Little Caesar. They deliver your pizza anywhere to anybody. My pizza... was delivered, don?t know. The pizza was placed on the ground somewhere in Dallas. And I got a pic. Don?t know who worse Uberor Door Dash. Next, I spoke to 3 representative to get a refund. NO I don?t want a redelivery, NO Door Dash or Little Caesarcredit. You are going to give me full credit to my original payment. And NO, I am not traveling to the store for my refund orpizza. I asked for a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. The one taking the order charged me for an extra most pepperoni pizza and a... regular cheese pizza. Nowhere did I say extra most, just a pepperoni pizza which for many years is what people said for theregular. Never did he ask if I wanted the extra most or the cheaper pizza. This is common within little Caesar?s, as this hashappened to me prior at another location. Read more
Terrible service. You'll be waiting 20 minutes in the lobby and nobody will pay attention to you. And when you get your pizza,... it'll be so devoid of toppings, you'll be asking yourself why you paid for this. Read more
The service or should i say the lack of service was mediocre. I placed an online order at this location at 8:45PM with a... confirmation number advising that it should be ready by 9:01-9:06 PM. We ordered a regular pepperoni and wings, nothing crazy.We waited until 9:23 PM and still our order was not ready despite the email i received stating it was. At about 9:30 iapproached the cashier to advise i had received an email stating my order was ready, she went to the back continued to box otherpizzas without any real sense of urgency and then came back to tell me that they will need more time i asked why and she didntgive me a straight answer. I requested a refund and will not be back unfortunately. For the time i waited and was asked tocontinue to wait i could of had a pizza from another competitor delivered to my home. Read more
Ordered online and received even quicker service. Love the new "zesty" spice, I highly reccommend you try it on a slice or two.... Little Caesars is definitely one of the best pizzerias out there, they give the most bang for your buck. Read more
Never again. Ordered the pizza and waited an hour for it. No service at the front desk. No pizzas in the cases. No numbers on... the wait list. 1 girl in the back moving incredibly slow, no one said hello, not even to the woman who came in to ordersomething. 3 people came and just left.
