Usually my pizza is great ! I live up the street so this is my go to location. But I got a pizza tonight and it looks so poorly... done I was in such disbelief?. Cheese only on half the pizza and barely any pepperoni on one side as well .. it looks likesomeone forgot one side and closed the box by accident to early ?? Excellent! In a over priced and under staffed world, this place remains affordable and consistent. And props to the young lady... working the register (and phone and ticket reel) there were about 15 people lined up on a Saturday and not once did she lose hercool or not provide quality customer service?with a smile! I ordered a customized pizza: half Hula Hawaiian and half Pepperoni with stuffed crust (not something they'd already have... ready). They took exactly 15 minutes to give me my pizza after I ordered it, I consider that acceptable timing. The staff wasvery polite, the place was clean and even though they just opened, they did well in keeping organized the orders. The pizza wasgood, ingredients spread out evenly and slices were nice and straight. The one bad thing is they haven't gotten their onlineordering working yet and their phone number doesn't work either so I couldn't order ahead. Read more
It's sad that this new business is already receiving one star. The manager need to have the Mexican lady at the cash register... take some Customer Service classes. She needs to learn how to GREET customers and THANK customers for giving them business. Herattitude is of a high school girl. And if that older man perparing the pizza is the manager he needs to talk to her about hernegative attitude. It's bad for business! Read more
