I?ve been looking for a good long John silvers for a while and this is the place. Good fish and shrimp and the HUSH PUPPIES WERE... THE BEST!!! Plus the icing in the icing on the cake is as that the staff was super friendly. Read more

Pull up to the restaurant and they were closed so I had to go through the drive-thru no problem. I was looking at the menu and... then trying to order and the girl kept shouting to me she couldn't hear me to drive around. Aunt remind me to order but she hadno manual for me I was at the window. So I ended up ordering a root beer float and told her she lost out on an order. She didgive me the root beer float for free but I was so aggravated that you couldn't take my order. I walked in through the unlocked front door, waited for a while, then placed my order and paid for it. After all this, I am was... finally told that the dining room was closed. I feel that they should have told me before I paid, as I had made plans with myride to come back after I had eaten. I usually like this place, but I feel that I was done wrong this time. Read more

This place is going or should I saw gone down. I wanted to try the new lobster bites but there was no price, and the cashier... couldn't tell me what the price was without ringing it up. "I'd ring it up but I would have to void it and it would mess up myregister". Like I gave a dam????needless to say I had to get the platter which included 2 pcs of fish and the lobster tails. We already had the family pack. We asked for tarter sauce and was told they didn't have any. I was embarrassed for the cashiershe seemed untrained. Couldn't answer questions regarding the menu. When you hire these kids train them to say yes, no andnot uhhh, huh, and stop scratching at the window! ???? Got home and it's not what I remembered. I've NEVER had bad fish here! It was mildly warm, tough, hard and not the pretty golden fresh fish I would normally get. You guys are going down! Won't beback to this location. Read more

I went for the A&W Rootbeer side. I think Long John Silver's tastes like cardboard. This restaurant is in The Hood. It draws its... staff including management from there. So, Service, products and expectation should be adjusted accordingly. They don't haveFrosty Mugs and the customer service was disappointing. But it's clean and the food came quickly enough after I made myorder. I did have to wait until they finished their conversation to be noticed and served. And I was the only customer there.As I said, expetations adjusted for the people you have to deal with. Read more

OMG, everything was so fresh, good and hot. Thank you, although dine in closed, we parked and ate in car!
