Food was good, nice portions, could have been a little warmer, the Mac and cheese seemed little runny. MEAT LOAF was good, Roast... beef was tender. Service was little tuff, had to wait on someone who spoke English, prices were very reasonable on the meals butseemed little pricey for dessert. I'll return. Read more

Omg, The food here is so good. Their chicken fried steak is amazing it?s just good ole Homestyle southern cooking. Now the... restaurant itself leaves something to be desired it?s a 60?s 70?s building but who cares when the food is this good. Also theirhomemade rolls, oh my God so good! Waitresses are amazing, very very friendly! Read more

I love this place. The food is great!! Very delicious. I always order the lunch - grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw,... buttered corn, green salad, red beans. I love their coffee and corn bread too. The ambience is lovely. Feels so countryside(with the cowboys music ????). The servers are very sweet and polite. The crowd that comes here is very decent. They haveseveral branches. The one I go to is 2610 Royal Ln, Dallas, TX 75229. Overall, I strongly recommend this place. Worth everypenny you spend here. ???? Read more

This is a nice cafeteria that it?s been in business for years and it is well known in Dallas, their food always taste good.. I... only have one complain, The owners have not invest any money at all to maintain this building in decades.. The moment you walkinto the restaurant It smells old. The building it?s old N it looks like they haven?t been kept in years. In the bathroomthere are tiles on the walls that are missing n never been replaced. Ceiling walls tables and everything it?s the same situationold and disgusting. Read more

Had the #1 Texan. Chicken fried steak was tender and biscuits were homemade with gravy that you could eat with a fork. Side of... bacon was cooked just right but cost extra. Hashbrowns were not as crispy as you usually see. Scrambled eggs were cooked dry.Overall pretty good for a diner. Read more

Not from around here so I wanted something not from a chain, and not Korean or BBQ. Great service and food. Just make sure to... ask exactly what you're getting. They put cherries in their cottage cheese? Not bad, just very odd. It wasn't listed on themenu. Read more

Small local chain that's big on taste and value. Old-school diner vubrs with decor that's not been updated since it was built.... Humble and honest breakfast fare with all the usuals. Staff was crazy nice and service was fast! Food was great, with healthyportions in everything we ordered. Possibly too much food! Read more

Hidden gem! Don?t let the location, and outside looks stop you from coming inside. Definitely an old school dive diner. The... inside vibe is great, friendly staff, great food, and clean bathrooms. Read more
