I came to pick up an UberEats order and they juat said they were closed. It's supposed to be a 24 hour store. They had orders... sitting there not being given out. This is the last time I will be mobile ordering or ordering at all from this location. Very rude service at the pickup window?... the worker was not properly dressed - her undergarments were protruding from her uniform. She gave no greeting, no smile, justdry and rude! I had originally asked for a cup holder and the worker blatantly IGNORED my request.. I had to ask twice and thenshe rudely gave it to me. I was given the wrong drink - I didn?t complain or make fuss because I didn?t want her to do somethingunsanitary to my food. When I begin to start eating at home ?my order is completely wrong and they gave me a carbonated cleardrink as a Sprite! This is a formal complaint against the worker and this location! Stopped there last night. One of their employees (un-handucapped) walked into restroom ahead of me (I am an older gray-haired... lady). She started into handicapped stall and I said "um?". She turned to me and said "there is another stall" and kept going ineven when I told her I need that one. It has happened in other restaurants too. Wish employers would instruct employees to onlyuse those stalls if none other is available! Read more

Horrible service did not have frappes and they had sodas with no gas unbelievable
Went in their drive thru on Saturday and Sunday. Two days back to back and the way that they manage their lines are nothing... short but unprofessional, just unable to manage a simple chicken sandwich meal without getting it lost or backed up behind alltheir other orders. I waited almost 30 minutes in line just trying to pay alone until a white car just sat there dumbfounded bywhoever was managing the register. They had not only a manager but two other workers helping the person in the register FOR ONEORDER. Not only were they unable to help this person but they sat there for 10 mins unable to accommodate them or even offer asolution to them and just simply move the already backed up line.
