I personally thought the manager just didn't want to help me with the issue I brought up. The other employee's we're great... though. Everyone was very nice. The food wasn't the best but I don't expect much from McDonald's when it comes to food quality.It wasnt bad so I would definitely recommend if someone wanted McDonald's. Read more

Food is always fresh and good. It is clean inside and the bathrooms were clean also. Went inside this time and it was the 1st... time going in, the guy at the register wasn't friendly and had a attitude. Place is fairly clean but never seems to get well done fries correctly. Always still soft and soggy.
Everytime I go to McDonald's it brings back my childhood with my dad every Saturday since I was 5 we had breakfast at McDonald's... rain ,hail ,high winds or sunshine!! Dad passed in 2018 but I still go every Saturday morning and even thou I go by myself..Iknow am not alone. Read more
Better off going to a other location. They fill the fries halfway, give no sauce. Burgers were unseasoned with barely any sauce.... Sanitation was horrible the bathroom smelled so bad. I have never been to a McDonalds so bad in my life jesus. Read more
So I stopped at this McDonald's drive thru for dinner. When I got home and realized they gave me the wrong order I called to... tell them. I was told simply, if I had the receipt, bring it in and show the M.O.D. and tell them I was there for a re-make. Ithought....easy enough and was pleased thinking it was going to be easy to get the food I had paid for. Unfortunately themanager working the next day by the name Gloria wasn't in the mood to be bothered by a long-time customer. She approached mewithout any smile or greeting whatsoever. Just "what can I get you?" I explained, just as i did over the phone the night before,what happened. Gloria began shaking her head "No" before I was finished talking. Then proceeded to make it as though I was lyingand refused to replace the order, stating I would need to come back after 9a.m. when the store manager was there. Neverconsidered the fact that I made a special trip there due to their mistake costing me time and money, or that customers are thereason she has job. She told me I would need to take more time from my day and drive back there over a $9 combo meal. I was soshocked. I can't remember being treated that poorly by any restaurant in my life. I was embarrassed, disrepected, and quitefrankly disgusted by the interaction. Im sure there are several other food places on this corner that would appreciate mybusiness. The food isnt good enough to keep me loyal to any of them but they way I'm treated while there certainly will. Read more
I went through drive through two days ago. Got three orders of fries. Had to wait in line about 15 minutes behind a lady who... was arguing about something with cashier. She got money refunded and apparently some freebies for complaining. I got my foodand asked for ketchup. I was told that if they gave me ketchup it would cost me 32c per pod. I assumed they had put ketchup inmy bag so I told her she could keep ketchup. I got home and there was NO ketchup. It irritates me that I was treated the way Iwas treated while the other lady was showered with a refund and extra food. I don't feel I should scream and shout to get goodservice. I highly recommend you go to another McDonald's if you don't want this aggravation. Read more
