Just drive through at 11 to get a frozen coke. Took my 5 dollars gave me a frozen Dr. Pepper. I gave it back. They said that is... all we have frozen at this time. Then gave me a change for my 5.00. This place is mostly good, I go here pretty often whenever I?m in the area. Late at night there might be hiccups here and there... with their system being down. That aside, you can expect to have the usual McDonald?s food experience here. Read more
I'm giving 4 stars because of the great customer service a young lady in drive thru provided. I asked for my drink to be Sprite... but she suggested I choose a different kind since she been hearing that the Sprite been tasting funny all day. No coke? Wow very organized. I'm not going to drink Powerade for breakfast. How about you guys stay organized and... professional about keeping your products stocked. For the third time in a row that we go they tells us the fry machine is getting cleaned, always long wait and most of the time... something is always missing In my order. Night shift is the worst bad customer service. we were once told they weren?t servingchicken nuggets my husband trying to be funny asked what is McDonald?s without the nuggets and the person taking the order saidif you want chicken nuggets your gonna have to pay extra $20 ????? If you order through Uber Eats, make sure it is NOT THIS LOCATION. On multiple MULTIPLE occasions our food has been missing... items, we take it up with Uber Eats and that's exactly why they don't care. Almost every time we're missing something. Last timeit was ALL OF OUR BURGERS. Nothing but fries and drinks. On one occasion our food tasted like it had been sitting forhours. Now, I canceled an order withing like 4 minutes and we were still charged for our order. With as many times as our ordershave been missing half our food, now they have our money and probably our food and we have nothing. Never again. Read more
