Rude staff and always getting the order wrong. Also when they miss an item on the order they want you to make the line on drive... thru all over again, when it was their fault for taking the wrong order. Also they don?t have equal or Splenda sugar and nowcharge for every piece of ketchup and dipping sauce. Read more

Only reason they get 2 stars is because the lady at the first window was very polite. Look at this. I see McDonalds is giving... out large containers and not large fries. Read more

Awful experience around 9am this morning. I went through the drive-thru for a sausage biscuit meal w/ a coffee. I ordered the... meal, paid for the meal and waited to receive my food at the second window. The customer before me, was given my order, actuallyopened/inspected the sausage biscuit, saw it was the wrong order, put it back in the bag and gave it to the drive-thru worker.The worker then gave the customer the correct order. The customer pulled forward and I was able to pull to the window. Theworker then gave me the "touched" sausage biscuit. I asked the worker if the food was touched, she stated NO. As I went to pullaway, the customer that touched the food, honked at me. I rolled my window down and she stated that she touched the entirebiscuit. She said she opened both sides and actually wrapped it back up. I parked my vehicle and entered the restaurant. At thispoint, I was quite upset. Some people might say, "oh its just a sandwich", well its MY sandwich and I would rather not consumefood that has been touched/opened. I asked for a manager. I was greeted by a district manager. She lacked any form ofprofessionalism and simply tossed another sausage biscuit in my bag. I then stated " you need to coach your employees regardingfood that is inspected/touched then given back at the window or at the counter. Your employee was asked about the food andstated NO quickly, however the customer had the food for about a minute or 2 before it was given back. In her broken English shesaid ok. Horrible experience, won't be returning. Left a complaint on the corporate site as well. Had to come to Google too,cover all ends. I can only imagine how many times this has happened over there. Good luck with your combos folks! They couldcareless if its touched or not, after all they aren't the ones eating it. And a quick tip to corporate, your selection ofmanagement speaks to the business brand as a whole. Read more

I give this store a 1 star because there's only one guy in there that works his but off and does drive thru like a person whose... parents done an excellent job with respect and kindness. I don't recall the name of this guy but he needs to be promoted tomanager. He does everything right including your order the first time. He's like the only one there that's professional. Therest of the crew needs retraining. Managers also need more training. The fact that they keep rude workers and the districtmanager has not came through to see how his community is getting so much bad service. He or she needs retraining themselves. Iced coffee, plain because they were out of mocha flavor. Not how I wanted to start the day, but was not bad. Best breakfast... sausage burrito I have had from McD. in a while. Read more

I like McDonald's sweet tea. I like going in there relaxing, sitting to people watch and uplift when I can. Although I don't... have small children they do have a playground for little ones. Nice new lobby. But why have a painting of a pay phone on the wall if I can't use it to call nobody at all? And a painting of... a fire extinguisher that you will never stop burgers from burning quick. But service cool clean bathroom. Friendly fast servicefor my Big Mack and fries.
