Very friendly and professional McDonalds. I recommend that the owner/manager team up with the adjacent Krogers to make the large... parking lot cleaner. I pick up trash all around this area 2-3 times per week, and while the McDonald's is relatively nest andclean, the large parking lot next to it is not. And a large percentage of the trash is from the McDonald?s. I think theMcDonald?s and the Krogers should pay a grounds crew to come through there 3-4 x?s per week and make the large lot to beimmaculate. That area really is the center of our neighborhood, and we should take pride in it. And a lot of the trash flowsacross the street diagonally into the Dixon Branch Creek where little fish are trying to survive. Read more
This Place Has Lost A Good Regular Customer for two solid years but I don't like Rude people, but this New Manger He is Aweful... and Rude. If he can't handle working with the Public Then he needs a new Job ; Not around the Public so much. Read more
If you go here to get your kid a Black Panther toy be ready to get a 2 year old Scooby Doo toy instead. They should inform the... customes if they run out of the current happy meal toys. My kid didn't want an old Scooby Doo toy. Read more
This location is just terrible. They always messing up your order and then wanna charge extra for sauce smh. If I want ranch I... should be able to get it since I'm a paying customer. I shouldn't have to purchase nuggets to get any sause. I won't be goingback and I'll spend my money somewhere else. Read more
No one in-line inside, waited 5-minutes to be greeted. They started ordering the wrong items. Had to correct multiple times.... Soda fountains are flat 50% of the time. Food is not hot, just warm or cold. Order was wrong, ordered a Dbl QtP w/cheese andrecieved a deluxe(?) Dbl cheese burger? The workers are working hard. This is not the employees fault They are under staffed.Either close your indoor service or open up a kiosks inside. I would not recommend this McDonalds. Drive a bit further for adifferent one. Updated seating plus size friendly. Nice digital menu. Lobby needed to be cleaned. Crew was very nice. Good location.
Just picked up the Southwest Salad and I am really disappointed. Both salads are pathetic with very few pieces of lettuce. ... You?d think in the 10 minutes I waited for my order they would have had plenty of time to add more lettuce. The last few timesI have picked up a salad the lettuce has been dwindling. What lettuce we do have is slimy. Well I will not be returning. Itried calling, know one answered. Read more
The prices are too high at McDonald's and they just keep going up so I plan on going to different places to eat not McDonald's... but they do have a good fish sandwich but it is too high also they need to lower some of the prices because of this inflation Read more
