If you're not going to serve the public 24 hours a day don't advertise that you're open to the public 24 hours a day. I waited... in the drive through line 10 minutes, got to the ordering screen and was told that if I'm not working with Uber eats or doordash I can't order food because they're getting ready for breakfast. I?ve never had any issues with my food here, but I have had issues with the multiple homeless men that they allow to roam their... parking lot kicking my car and knocking on my windows while in line waiting to order/get food. This was the worst experience at a McDonald's in my life. First we were harassed by a homeless guy inside, wanting to sell me... his hamburger or get money, right at the counter, and noone said anything. They just ignored him. The help was rude and nasty. Icouldn't get a cup of water if I was choking unless I paid for a cup. I ordered a ten piece nugget pack, along with more foodbut couldn't get a third sweet and sour pack unless I paid extra for it. But the worst part even though they had a securityguard working inside, I was afraid of eating in there. Read more

The restroom was not clean. I chose not to order food because of that. This McDonald's really needs an etiquette class. The... service is not at the standard level. Starting with management. Due to the location I guess you get what you pay for. At allcost I will go to other McDonald's before I go there again. It seems like since it's a very high tourist attraction the helpshould be better including the security help that they hire.
