DO NOT USE THEIR TOUCHSCREEN KIOSK They have signs post that they want you to use their touch screen kiosk to order on inside... the McDonald's but if you want to add additional options like extra carmel in your coffee and marshmallows and many otheroptions that they don't keep stocked and never keep their touchscreen kiosk updated on what they have instock or out ofstock You will be charged accordingly and then your order is not what you paid for and they don't refund the add ons cause theydon't know what you are charged and offered something else and you end up not liking and paid for something you never orderedand this has been going on for more than 2 months Drive through and ordering at the counter is great cause you don't dealwith misleading touchscreen kiosk Read more

It's ok but they need to work being on the willingness to help. All drive thru works need to ask every customer if they have the... app. I provided the deal code, I can see the deal was attached to store but it was not taken off. Maybe the worker or managercould take the time to start order over instead worried about their coffee. Customers just want what they came for & the appsaves us coins. Read more
I usually visit this restaurant?s Drive Thru window after 9pm. Never truly had a problem. Usually (99% of the time) this... McDonald?s restaurant is on top of their game. I honestly prefer going to this McDonald?s restaurant over the one closest to myhouse because the drive thru line goes fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. However, three times this month,I?ve noticed that although my cookies have been warm to the touch when given to me at the drive thru they have been hard enoughto chip a tooth. This proves to me they?ve been sticking them in the microwave and passing them off as fresh. They suck. At least their open though. They messed up my order and were super rude through the window. It took 20 mins to get my... order and I was stuck in the drive through. Maybe they just don?t speak English and that is why they are so rude but horribleservice and ruined my meal. Read more
Showed up over 30 monites before close. Waited in a slow drive through. When we finally got to the box. Nothing. Finally say... screw it and go to the window and they wave us off. After waiting 30 min we are cut off before it's even midnight. Read more
This McDonald's has some horrible service.. The manager was very rude... I have never had this kind of experience.. when I... called the store and told the manager that my order was wrong he said there was nothing he could do for me and hung up in myface..
