So the drive thru was 8 cars deep this morning. I figured I'd be there twenty minutes but honestly the line moved so quick I got... my food pretty quickly. Annnnnd the food was hot and the coffee was good. Caramel macchiato to be exact. Anyways I have been tothis location about 15 times and have only had a positive experience each time. Several occasions I've come by this location to get food late night because I live close and I sometimes work late. It says... they're OPEN 24 hours but several times I've come here to find their drive thru blocked off or nobody answering at the drivethru speaker. And the very few times they have answered they've got my order wrong. It sucks this is the most convenientMcDonald's for me or for others in the several apt complexes near here and there's always an issue. Read more
Drive Thru was backed up, I went inside and ordered a large fry with NO salt and a Hot & Spicy McChicken. Fries loaded with... EXTRA salt and they gave me a regular McChicken, not a Hot & Spicy. The McChicken sandwich I received was barely warm. Inotified a manager I had received the wrong sandwich and after 15 minutes of me sitting there my order still was not ready. This is an average McDonald?s, kind of slow, not the best customer service, food was alright.
It's 4 am they are only serving non breakfast items.. the lady speaking on the drive thru speaker is hard of hearing and kind of... grumpy.. I finally get to the drive thru window to pay and I pay for my food 2 minutes later the cook decides to quit mid- orderfulfillment. So now everyone in the drive thru is honking their horn at me like its my fUlt there is a delay.. e eventuallyeveryone behind me stops honking and leaving the drive thru unfortunately I can not do the same. Soni waited a food 30minutes.. not once did any manager or just a crew member let me know what was going on. I had to wave down the teenager that wasat the pick up window and ask what's happening.. NO apology no comp on my food or even a future meal absolutely nothing.. NOeven an acknowledgement that 1),I had been waiting for over 45 minutes 0 2)that I was being verbally assaulted because of theirlack professionalism.. really bad mcdonalds experience.. terrible terrible branch ..
