This is the worst McDonald I ever been to. I place an app order for drive thru pick up. When I get to the drive thru I saw bunch... cars waiting. I wait at the order speaker for couple minutes without anyone asking me for my order. I think app order doesn?tneed to talk to them. (I didn?t need to tell them my mobile order detail at the speaker at different McDonalds. When I told themI?m here for my mobile order pick up, they would just tell me to go to the pick up window.) So I drive to the payment window. Itell the lady I?m here for my app order pick up. Then she replies me with the unpleasant attitude (I can tell she has badattitude even with her mask on!): you need to tell us your order at the speaker! I tell her nobody talk to me at the speaker.Then she tells me to go to the second pick up window. I wait there for 10 minutes, someone finally give me my foods. But theymess up one of my order. Even the person who delivers my foods has attitude! I don?t know what?s going on inside this McDonald,but for sure I will never come here for anything again. Read more
The details are absolutely unbelievable. I have been a customer of this McDonald?s for over 20 years. I am a business owner in... Dallas and was shocked as I went there on Monday if this week. The initial issue was an employee named Blanca. She couldcertainly provoke someone that was unstable to get very very upset with her smart, careless, crazy behavior including thelaughing when I asked for a manager. Also Oscar made the whole thing worse and lied to me when I asked for the manager that Ihad just spoken with. Oscar told me she was gone. She was not gone so much more to say about the filthy conditions and Blancatrying to provoke me to get angry. Read more

Every time I've been to this location they have always been super friendly. The drive thru has always been quick and no mistakes... have been made with my orders. Today, I used a reward for my birthday month in the app and the lady at the window immediatelytold me happy birthday which was not necessary but definitely nice to hear. This is a really good location in terms ofMcDonald's from my experience. Read more
