I was in a hurry to get somewhere and needed a little coffee to get my roots going.. Pulled thru the drive-tru and got my... coffee... I can not say anything about the food, as I did not order any, Yet, to be Honest... Mc D's food just don't taste likeit did back in the days, while growing up... I've always enjoyed my MickyD's, but way to many people hanging out and around which really makes me feel so uncomfortable. ... People off the streets coming in and washing off. Totally unsanitary, not to mention alway asking for money. This is a big turnoff for me. Having to worry about being approached by one and always asking for money. ???? Read more

This is the worst McDonalds ive ever been too , to start off with there was homeless people knocking on our windows while we... we?re ordering , and 2nd as we approached the window to pay one of the homeless decided it was okay to pee right next to ourvehicle by the window in plain sight , and 3rd we found a gum stuck to our CHICKEN NUGGET BOX ! absolutely disgusting ! The Hampton Road Dallas, TX McDonalds store is prejudiced against white people..the last 3 times I came into this store for... service the clerk waited on the black and mexican customers ahead of me and then when it was my turn she just walked away..thishas happened the last 3 times I came into this store..it just happened again today May 10, 2022 at about 1:30 PM again..I waidedan additional 15 minutes and she never came back and waited on me at all..as a result I just left....your store sucks as well asits employees..I work at GAF right up the street from this store and most of the guys I work with already quit coming therebecause of the way they are treated.. One of the worst places I've been to. There is a homeless person in the drive thru area begging for money and when you tell them... no they get aggressive. Not sure if its male or female but very angry. Will literally approach window and knock hard. Crazyexperience. Read more

I have been going to this location for many years. Lately I've been going in the evening. It is in a great location However I... had an Uber pickup and I got there and they said the place was closed for 30 minutes I don't understand if I have an order whythey don't give it to me so I had to cancel and lose money on my Uber delivery. This location lately is just under very poormanagement. I'm very disappointed with this location. This McDonald's used to be so well run apparently not anymore. Read more
