The order taker was beyond rude. I gave her my order and pulled around to pay. She stated she guess they have my order because... she's about to punch out. I drive to the next window,she is just as rude. She stated I don't have your order. I asked her to seeher manager she said, go to the next window. I asked her what us her name because I wanted to make sure I reported the rightperson,she asked why? I finally talked to the manager. As i was telling her the rude order taker had the nerve to come to thewindow with attitude She was told by the manager to step back. The manager was pleasant and I told her I will come back and talkto the manager. When I got back, there was some issue because the line was not moving. I personally was so disgusted by theirattitude, we went to another location. The quality of service and the work ethic/customer service appears non-existing in these2 individuals. I always get the filet o fish when I go to McDonalds. I never have complaints about it but the Filet o Fish here forgot to add... tartar sauce to my sandwich. Also, they didn?t come with the typical smooth toasted bun. Instead I got a soft, soggy, creasedbun. Read more
