I went there for the First time for a quick breakfast, I just had their delicious fresh Almond Croissants with orange juice and... it was all so tasty. Their menu was awesome if you want to try European dishes. The atmosphere and music was so nice that ittook me away to what I think Paris would be like. Everyone was very friendly. Wow place! Definitely gorgeous and adorable restaurant in downtown. We went here on Friday Monday which is not that busy, that's... good. Service is outstanding! The service is so nice. The restaurant is so pretty and I believe they also have a patio for dinein. We order to dish for breakfast. I order the pain perdu. It was my first time tried French style toast tho. Kind of differentthan others. I wish it could be sweeter or more favors! But it is good and so pretty!! The toasts are so soft! My boyfriendorder the French breakfast. The potion is good- French Style haha! The potion left us some room for the dessert:-D The Frenchbreakfast's eggs are so pretty and delicious. Same as the potato! Love them!! Love this place! Is it possible to give a restaurant 10 stars out of 5 stars. I write a lot of reviews but this was one of the best dinning... I’ve ever experienced. And I wasn’t so sure French food would be ideal for valentines. We had a valentines dinnerreservation and it was off the chart. The service was next to none. Timothy was our waiter and he was excellent!! You shouldask for him if you ever visit. The ambiance was so beautiful with a live violin playing while we ate our delicious 4 coursemeal with the perfect wine to match each course. The texas prime NY strip was nothing like I’ve ever tasted. Valet is alsocomplimentary. This was single-handedly the best meal I’ve ever had. Read more
Food was mediocre but service was really good! Even though they were rushing me out they were very kind. Onion soup tasted sour... and old and the cappuccino was okay... The apple tart was pretty bad. Puff pastry was not flaky at all and very soggy but thegelato on top was delicious! Read more
Such a lovely warm place, very tiny inside possibly 30 people max. Lots of outdoor seating and in other areas. Walk in to see... the full show, kitchen, prep, bar open concept. Great coffee selection, and a variety menu choices. Avocado toast was reallygood, and our burger was perfect we added an egg for our late breakfast meal :-) Service was spectacular. Read more
Lovely venue, and exquisite breakfast. There aren’t many opportunities in life to treat yourself to fine dining at the start... of the day, so if you should ever get the chance, do yourself a favor and try Mercat Bistro. A lovely staff, well informed andattentive. Elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Appropriate for any formal meeting with 2-4 people. A lovely offering of pastries,hearty proteins, and of course coffee.
