I went here last week, and it was jam packed full. Even though it was very busy and the wait was a little long I can easily say... that all of the time I waited was worth it. The steak was juicy on the inside and had a nice crust on the outside and cooked toabsolute perfection. I can tell that all of the chefs in the kitchen take their time to make each dish perfect. I brought my parents to WITS to thank them for helping me throw my graduation party and we LOVED IT! The ambiance is incredible.... We loved all the artwork and the intimacy of the dining room. The food was also great! It’s South African inspired so some ofthe foods on the menu were unfamiliar, but I encourage you to try it anyway! My favorite dishes were the calamari and malvapudding. I’ve sat at the bar 3x and always enjoy my experience with angel the bartender(as I will be his regular). Must try the Lolita... drink and he also makes great old fashioned’s. I’ve sat in the dinning room 2x, manny and josh have both served on myparties and they were terrific. Crab cakes, A5, wagyu meatballs, seafood tower, and South African sausage were all verydelicious and all made to perfection. They offer great recommendations and are very thorough. The drinks and food are always onpoint every visit I’ve made. The whole team is just terrific and very welcoming, oh and I gotta say I love their musicplaylist just such great music compared to other steakhouses. John the GM is fantastic and takes his time to talk to each andevery table making us all feel welcomed and assuring great service.
