I’ve been to Peru maybe 20 times for business and this is the absolute best Peruvian food I’ve had in Dallas. Arroz Chaufa... was to die for, the ceviche was fantastic and the juices were just great. The food was very delicious! Our host and waiter Jose was very polite, courteous, and professional which added to the great... experience. I ordered the Pescado a lo macho, seafood covered in a delicious sauce alongside rice. Very amazing! My girlfriendordered the Jalea Mixta, which is fried seafood with a Peruvian touch. Very friendly service. Decent food. The Parihuela and Jalea Mixto were pretty alright. Ordered the Pollo a la Brasa sandwich but... I guess they ran out of rotisserie chicken. They subbed it with some kind of chicken salad. It was fine but I wouldn't order itagain. Also, don't use Menustar to order online. The restaurant won't get your order. Read more
