This place usually never disappoints on it's breakfast and brunch options. Also the food is flavorful and they offer different... varieties for everyone. We had breakfast in Overeasy while we were visitng Dallas. We didn't rent a car so we decided to give Overeasy a try since it... was where we were staying. Hostess seemed very uninterested for some reason. Service was pretty fast and good. Their coffee wasalright for both me and my husband. I ordered chicken tenders biscuit and gravy. Chicken was over cooked and burned, it tastedbitter. Biscuits were soaked in fat, you can tell from the pictures. I couldn't eat anything for more than a bite or 2. Gravywas good but I wasn't going to eat gravy alone. Breakfast potatoes were bad. They looked and tasted stale. Pancakes were ok. Ihighly recommend checking out other good breakfast places. Husband & I Stopped by here during a road trip for breakfast & wow am I glad we did. Staff were nice and attentive & food was... amazing!! I got the Texas State Ranch Hand (picture attached) & my husband got the Short Rib Hash (he started eating before Icould get a decent picture ????). Both tasted amazing. Nice breakfast spot on the bottom of hotel. Has a separate coffee cashier that you can pickup coffee Togo at. Place was busy but... had a 15-20 min wait for party of three. Service was good. Coffee was good. Had mimosas with breakfast. Service was good. Westayed nearby so was quick scoot to the breakfast spot. Worth visiting. Read more
