Three stars and I’m being gracious. I work for a large company and I tried for over a week to reserve a section/food for a... business date. In spite of making over 10 calls and speaking to 3 different managers, I was unsuccessful. As a result we had todo a general reservation for 20 people. The ONLY reason I still wanted to come here is because of the bowling lanes. We werepromised 2 reserved lanes and when we arrived, the manager, Stephen, told us we had a 2 hour lane reservation. After we startedplaying, another party told us they had the lanes reserved. After going back and forth with the manager, he apologized and saidthat the other group’s contract said 2 lanes, but they paid for 4. This meant no lanes for us. Lastly the food came outinsanely slow and the quality was mixed. Side note: the bartenders served us and were both wonderful. Don’t hold this reviewagainst them. The restaurant is disorganized at best and has horrible customer service overall. Oh and they frequently don’tanswer the phone and you get a random error message, not a professional voicemail. Great food and drinks!! Chef Chris did amazing on the food and Wes was an incredible bartender. We had a full belly after room... service, and had a great time at the Scout bar afterwards! Unique place that's good for hosting. Has a lot of different things you can do from arcade games to pool to bowling even. The... food is better than you would expect. The service was also great. Read more
Went on a date night, and we were two of maybe 15 people in the entire upstairs area and our server's only patrons. If we wanted... anything, we had to flag her down. She left all of our dirty glassware and plates...horrible service and mediocre food. Only hada few bowling balls to choose from and they played hard core rap the entire time. Will never be back! Food was wonderful. Our table tried the fork and knife grilled cheese, buttermilk chicken tenders with bourbon sauce, bbq... chicken flatbread, loaded fries and roasted turkey club.
