The orange chicken is tough or has been over cooked. 2 days in a row I came here ,cuz I work close to panda,the orange chicken... is not it. So I suggest that you order something else or make sure its fresh. Read more
Terrible experience. 1. Didn?t give me a receipt, when I asked for one they said they already gave it to me. I told them that I... didn?t have one, and if they could reprint it for me please. She said no, that they don?t print receipts (but yet she told meshe gave me one earlier??) Doesn't make sense. 2. Gave me my drink with no ice. I asked if they were out of ice, and she lookedat me like I was crazy and then said no. So I had to ask for a cup of ice, which caused more frustration from her. 3. Lastly Iwas overcharged for my meal. I ordered the bigger plate, which they rang me up as the size down, and then charged me a la cartefor the additional side (which was more expensive than to ring it up how I ordered it). Definitely don?t need to come back tothis location. And please don?t have management respond with a generic message about contacting customer service to handle anycomplaints. Great Manager! I was on my way out from ordering take out and manager puts my cup holder in a bag and asked me politely who... handed me a cup holder without a bag, so he can train them on how to do better unfortunately, I didn?t quite remember but I amreally glad a manager is watching his employee?s and I know you can?t catch every mistake with turnover always being so high inthe fast food industry but I?m glad he was willing to train his employees. It seems that ALL of these Panda locations have gone down in their service and quality of food, from where they used to be. Each... one I have gone to tries to give you old food, dry chow mein, and hard old fried rangoons. They have officially lost a customer.I will never come back. Read more
