Service, food, portion one word TRASH. The Asian lady (manager) literally counted out my pieces of Teriyaki chicken while... placing them in my tray. The Teriyaki and Sweet fire chicken were dried out over cooked. What a disappointment?! Had I not hadonly a 30 min lunch, I would've went elsewhere. Read more

Went and order 2sides of bejan beef with noodles, ask the server if the beef is fresh and was told it just had came out. Left... and got to work, open the container the beef had burnt smell and was burnt, on top of that I ordered 4 spring rolls they sortedme with 2. I ordered side of walnut shrimp that was missing after waiting for 10mnts for the food tried calling them for 15- 20mnts but they have recorded msg saying no one can take the call. I noticed bunch of kids working and no one seems to knew whatthey were doing. Very disappointed that a chain store like this takes customers hard earned money and give them burnt andmissing food. I came inside this Panda around 5:30pm today, checking the manual boards up, the second line reads: plate with two entry and 1... side for $8.60, I ordered that, pick peppers steak and beef and broccoli as entrees, the lady slides it towards the malecashier, I asked: where is the side? She put up a small paper box stating: this is the side, then the price came up to 13$something, I asked the cashier why it came to 13$ something, the lady told me because you chose steak, there will be 1.25extra, I said fine, can you do what ever supposed to give me based on that 8.60 comb plate plus charge me additional 1.25$, shesaid fine, this time a Asian lady seeming in charge over there came up stating: one portion will be ?. Two portions will be ?.Isaid ok, just do the 8.60 two items comb with whatever surcharge because of the beef items I choose please, then a new bag cameto me, price is 12.02, I gave the young man cashier $20$ bill plus two pennies, supposed get 8$ back, but when I got home foundout, he gave me 5$ only, I called the phone no on receipt, but no body picked up the phone at all. Also in the plastic bag,there in Not any side item at all, these is really disgusting !! Never order food online for this store. I just ordered a plate online and one of my entree had only veggies and no protein at... all. They should have at least told me that they were out of the ordered entree instead of cheating. Read more
