I ordered my pizza, the money was taken out of my bank. I waited and waited and never received my pizza, when i had checked on... the tracking it said ?delivered? i was at my house the whole time and NEVER got the knock. I called and called and they kepthanging up or never got through! Read more
Placed an order thru the app, said my pizza would be ready in 14-20 min. When I showed up to pickup my pizza they said they... didn't receive it even tho I got an email that said my order was placed. I looked thru the app in front of them to show them andit said my order was canceled. Smh didn't get an email stating g my order was canceled or anything. Used their app to order a pizza. Picked the location I wanted to pick up the pizza and payment method and I get a "order placed... successfully and pizza is now being prepared! " While on the way there,I get this ,"orders been canceled! ",on the app. I get tothe location and there's a long line of customers waiting in the drive through. So I decided to wait it out in the line andtried 2 place another unsuccessful order through the app..... needless to say,it was a waste of my time! Garlic knots look like they?ve been sitting and there hard. Had to cut my pepperoni pizza myself. Veggie pizza was not cut in... squares and not have green peppers on it. Pizza also did not come with the pepperonis. Missing four 2 Liter sodas We tried tocall the store no answer. Read more

Got delivery and both pizzas are underdone. Called back the store twice in the last hour to complain and hung up on both times.... Now they don't answer their phone at all. Worst experience. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would Ordered! Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and two papa bowls on Wednesday night. That same... night we woke up with vomiting and diarrhea in the middle of the night. The next day we could not hold anything down not evenwater! We had the worse stomach bug ever! This was my first time eating Papa John's and will be the last. Read more
