The first time i called in the girl who answered the phone was rude when i tried to get an understanding why i got a text saying... it was delivered when it hadn?t been. The second ?manager? yelled at me telling me my order has been delivered with photo proofand I explained that it was not delivered to me as I have been standing outside the entire time. Said he would not remake it andhung up on me. I can understand being busy but trying to tell me the pizza was delivered when it wasn?t is laughable. Read more
Donny cared nothing about hope or order was never delivered. We wanted our pizza and requested a refund or at least a credit.... Donny said "will do you want your pizza or a refund" what type of customer service is this. We were hungry and just wanted toeat. Still never received our pizza or a refund! Today I drop by, two dark skinned people were working there with a white guy.
