The first time i called in the girl who answered the phone was rude when i tried to get an understanding why i got a text saying... it was delivered when it hadn?t been. The second ?manager? yelled at me telling me my order has been delivered with photo proofand I explained that it was not delivered to me as I have been standing outside the entire time. Said he would not remake it andhung up on me. I can understand being busy but trying to tell me the pizza was delivered when it wasn?t is laughable. Read more
Donny cared nothing about hope or order was never delivered. We wanted our pizza and requested a refund or at least a credit.... Donny said "will do you want your pizza or a refund" what type of customer service is this. We were hungry and just wanted toeat. Still never received our pizza or a refund! Today I drop by, two dark skinned people were working there with a white guy. The 2 mentioned first we?re looking at us in a... condescending way, I tried to ask for references about pizza sizes but he was so rude saying ?it depends, 14 in is 14 in? when Idon?t have the idea how much is that, I think you can be more nice with people? I would look for a different option. Too inconsistent. Ordered here 6, maybe 7 times. Two of those times it worked out, the... other times; either late delivery, pizza dumped on its side, wrong toppings or some Door Dash driver calling me asking where Ilive, trying to deliver the order. One Door Dash driver showed up delivering my food, looked like he crawled out from airrigation ditch. Made me physically ill to smell him, tossed my pizza in the trash. 5.00 delivery fee nowadays, not puttingup with this type of service standard PJ?s has fostered. Read more
Changing my review from 5 stars down to one star. The first pizza was good, but the last three that I have ordered were... terrible. Scant traces of meat and vegetables covered with cheese is a total rip off when I pay full price for a large. Thisplace is a joke. I gave you people plenty of chances to get it right. I ordered for veggie pizza and found meat in it!! When I asked them to replace they replaced with the one overloaded with BBQ... sauce which we ended up trashing. They really need to work on hygiene. Ordered an hour before they closed, pizza slowed as ?being prepared? forever until eventually the store closed. The app stopped... updating and of course no one would answer the phone. Looking through the reviews of this store now makes me regret not doing soahead of time, so many 1-star ratings, and they completely deserve them. Read more
