This location has gone down hill. I ordered a pizza with half jalapeño and there was enough for the whole pizza maybe 2 on the... half. There was extra cheese when I only requested regular. The jalapeño poppers were mostly bread with no cream cheese andjalapeño. I knew something was off when I picked it up by the way the employees were looking at me. I should have checked it. Iwill be getting with corporate on this disappointment. Update the AM called me only 20 minutes after me taking the survey onPapa John's. I will boost this up 2 stars for a speedy response. I ordered 2 XL The Worx pizzas for delivery on 5/29/2022 at 10:55am. I was 1.3 miles away from the restaurant. The Papa Johns... employee quoted me a 30-35 minute delivery time (which seemed suspiciously fast). The pizzas showed up an hour and 15 minuteslater. Papa Johns contracted to DoorDash for the delivery. The Driver was late and also didn?t answer her phone after repeatedcalls. The Driver also didn?t use a hot bag so the pizzas were lukewarm. Later that day, I filled out an emailed PapaJohnssurvey giving them a poor review. I received a call from an Employee that night offering me a refund, which I agreed to. Therefund never happened. I?m sick of you consistently dropping the ball. I worked at papa johns for 4 years and the way you run this shop would have... gotten all of us fired. Late deliveries, missing things, cold pizza and today?. Missing toppings on half the pie. Read more
Surprisingly they have really bad reviews. However, I?ve been to this place multiple times and been great. Love their pizzas and... garlic breads, but for sure cashier/staffs are pretty ignorant/rude, get orders wrong like put different sauce or not givingyour drink if not asked for etc.. saying this sounds like they are bad and it?s actually not a good think but I liked them sogiving 4 starts. This a 15 dollar pizza from papa johns. This looks, felt and tasted like a 6 dollar red barren pizza. Don't waste your time or... funds here. For 10 dollars we could get a better tasting fuller pizza from pizza hut. The loss of 4 stars is all price andquality of the food. 1 star is just a pity star.. we have bought here before and liked the quality of our meal. There is seriously something wrong with this location! The food continues to decline every time I place an order it is a little... worse than the time before. Tonight I order a bowl & I picked it up it was extremely light almost like the box wasempty. Tonight the chicken was so hard to chew I gave it to the dog.
