Monday, the 14th, My employer ordered 16 large pizzas, the worker said it would be ready to be picked up between 10:45-11. When... I arrived 10:50, the employee greeted me with a smile said it's all ready and she would help me to my truck. After loadingeverything, I went back inside and handed her a tip, and asked you didn't make all these by yourself? She answered with a bigsmile, yes, yes ma'am I did. I had an order to pick up. The doors were locked and the kid at the desk wouldnt give me the order that was pre paid said the... store just closed. Very poor customer service would never recommend this place to anybody. Read more

Look at this gorgeous savory pizza. I?m a foodie and consider myself a pizza aficionado. By far, this is the best papa John?s... franchise. For the price, you can?t beat it! I hate spending $20-30 on a fancy pizza that sometimes is bad, when you can getthis cheesy fresh goodness for $9.99 carry out special. This location never disappoints. The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. They immediately canceled my order because it came in at 30 minutes... before they close and they didn?t want to do their job to deliver a pizza. Then I called the location and they let me sit invoicemail for 15 min. I called back multiple times after that and they immediately sent me to voicemail. They literallywouldn?t take my call. It is the exact opposite of what you would want for customer service. They are obviously lazy and Iwould assume the pizza product would be awful as well. Read more
No clue what is wrong with this location but on the rare occasion that they don't wait two hours and then cancel my order, the... pizza arrives cold or burnt or unsliced. Genuinely astounding how terrible it is. Read more
If I could give a zero star and leave a review I would! I ordered my order online this morning at like 9 something. The delivery... time was supposed to be 12:30. I called a little after 12:30 and my pizza was just coming out of the oven. The guy was very rudeboth times I called. He pretty much hung up on me on the 1st call. After waiting 20 minutes I call again because I'm in a hurryand have stuff to do and he was rude again saying that even though the website says "DELIVERY TIME" it's not.
