The manager at this location and his lack of customer service skills displayed shows someone who?s in immediate need of... training. Although I can admit it was an error on my part not realizing the promo all of a sudden no longer included thislocation which is another issue within itself, as customer I feel the exchange could have been verbally handled in a moreprofessional manner on the managements part such as being offered a resolution rather than letting me walk out of the store withnothing. The staff member that made my pizza did not wear a hair net and continued to stick her gloved hand in the containers of... toppings. This hair is not h as her hair was blond however, as this was my first time at this restaurant I was hesitant with thestaff practices. I brought the pizza back to the restaurant with only one bit taken from the pizza. The same staff member thatprepared my food processed my return. She stated that she couldn't tell if it was a hair or not but she would go ahead a processmy return with a slight attitude. I didn't order any black stringy toppings. Read more
Fast and delicious. Staff are friendly. This location was out of all hot sauces (10/7/22) (Cholula, Sriracha, etc), and they... apologized, citing supply shortages. Store and bathrooms are clean. This location played disco music for the entire 3 hours Iwas there having a lunch meeting. You can get on the McDonald's wifi from across the street while at PieFive. Read more

The manager of the Greenville location is extremely rude and unpleasant. He speaks negatively to his employees and is verbally... aggressive with customers. Had my 3rd and final experience with this location tonight and hope I don?t end up with foodpoisoning. Ordered a Panzano (supposed to be crispy) crust pizza that was visibly falling apart once the associate pulled itfrom the oven. I asked if they thought it was fully cooked and if it needed to go back through the oven?from the opposite sideof the counter the manager yells ?it?s done!?, with absolutely no view of the pizza. They boxed it up and put it in the to-gobag. Opened up the pizza a little later to grab my first slice?all the toppings slid right off as the dough was like a limpnoodle. Ate a couple of bites before I noticed the dough under the sauce was still moist and completely raw. Not one to writereviews?ever?but this needs to be shared in hopes that a change will be made in management of the Greenville location. I feelsorry for the employees that have to put up with the extreme negativity of their boss on a daily basis. Pretty yummy! It?s like a subway but for pizzas. I got the classic margarita and it was yummy! Not too bad on pricing either.
Pizza is great though cost could be a little lower. Great and fast service though my only complaint is that the gluten free... crust is only offered in a personal size. Read more
I placed an order by uber eats, when the order arrived after 1 hour 30 min , I received the pizza just to find out that was a... hair on it.. I called the store and they didn't resolve the issue, they said the owner or manager will call me, but he neverdid.. so disgusting and bad costumer service. And this is my second time ordering there the first one was very bad experiencetoo, took more than 2 hours to arrive my order, so I had enough from this restaurant, horrible experience. Read more
