It’s not very often that I purchase any food from Pie Tap, but as of recently I felt like I wasted my money. I love Italian... food, and I decided to try the Bucatini with chicken meatballs for the first time. Their prices have gone up and it was a bitintimidating to see, but I assumed the food was worth the price. I was wrong. They charged $19 for the image you see in thisreview. No class, no real presentation, just spaghetti and meatballs dumped into a cardboard box. And to top it all off, thisdish had zero flavor. Amazing food, decent service, good beer. I don't throw this around much because I love pizza but this was probably the best... pizza I've ever had. A little gem in Addison.5 stars. I got the procuito pizza (butchered spelling) and it was light fluffy, nottoo dense and very refreshing. Read more

So amazing....delicious and the kitchen has it together. The servers work so well together and help the kitchen. The food is... delicious and looks perfect. The pizza has the right amount of crisp on the crust. The doughnuts and jam oh yeah delicious! Read more

The food was amazing! I didn't live a ywhere close and happened to be in area for work. Well worth the stop. The pizza dough... isn't too heavy or thick. The staff was friendly and offered up the favs and most ordered items. The gm even offered to comp mydessert when I told him how wonderful everything was and that this was my first time coming in after saving this on my goodiewishlist. Service was excellent and they were very nice and attentive. Food is excellent. Dough is thin and crispy. They don't use... anything in it to make it rise. Just natural ingredients and time. Ingredients are of high quality. Decor is nice and overall very good experience. I highly recommend and loved the Italian pizza also you can do Half and half if you want. I will goagain. Read more

Pie tap pizza ( in Addison Texas) was a step above and the pizza was amazing. OMG was it good. Our server Rian went out of his... why with his knowledge, attention to detail and friendly personality to assure that our dinning experience was great and it was.I can't recommend it enough. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. We ordered the prosciutto pizza with arugula, andthe veggie pizza with the house made fennel sausage added on, sssoooo good. We also hade the Caesar salad and a couple of theTexas ice cold beers that were really good. We toped off the night with the house made donuts. Give them a try.
