Be careful when you make reservations for semi truck parking. I made one for 10/18 to 10/19, and when I get there by 03:00 am on... 10/19 the lady in front desk told me that I have come to early ??. So I asked her to cancel it and thought I will get my refundbecause it is not my fault. It?s about 3 weeks and I just called Pilot guess service and they told me that parking reservationsis no refundable ?!?. Read more
Disgusting restrooms?.. showers are filthy .. not properly cleaned. Floors and everywhere is nasty and needs cleaning. Wendy?s... inside has the most horrible customer service I?ve encountered. Stood at the counter for a good 10-15 minutes without beingacknowledged. Witnessed a female that did not work in Wendy?s go to the back and make her own fries with no gloves, possiblefriends with the manager or workers there because no one stopped her. Read more
This is a trucker's paradise. This is a gas station/truck stop. There is a Wendy's inside of this pilot. The employees are... friendly and there is a lot of traffic at all times of the day and night. Read more
I have to be honest I have been to many pilots before but I have never once in my lifetime came across a pilot where I got... amazing customer service such as I did last night from the team member with the name Vegas at Pilot on Lancaster. She greeted mewhen i came inside and was very helpful and happy to be at work, she kept a smile and was business professional and playful atthe same time. I will definitely visit the store more often I had an amazing time. Read more
Great gas station. Restrooms are a 3.5 out of 5 clean. A very busy gas station cars and trucks also 18 wheelers parked on the... premises. Very organized gas station not bad for a busy place. They have a Wendy's here so it's a plus. Was closed when we wentby, also it was late. Read more
It's hard to find parking in this truck stop even early in the morning. Seems like the local drivers take up most of the spaces... and go home. The facility has security and they will remove you from reserved parking if you don't reserve and pay for it as itshould be. Showers are spacious and well maintained. Read more
In 08/06/2022 I stopped here to sleep I can?t found parking and I decided to park on street they broke my lock and my seal ... my trailer was full they stolid my staff like 6 pallets I heard them around 3am when I face them they try to shoot me I callto the 911 the police come to after 1hour and 21 minutes from I called to 911 Read more
It's a s***show. Closed fuel lanes, all the card readers on ALL pumps are down, long lines and understaffed. Blocking of fuel... lanes makes things a million times worse. A local said this has been going on for years. I'd rate it a negative number if Icould. How it has a 3.6 rating is beyond me. Avoid if possible. Read more
