I ordered 1 Lg pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi. Very simple order. The delivery address was only 4 minutes away. I am trying to... understand how you can arrive 25 minutes late to deliver it. This place has the worst customer service! I placed an online order for my office, so a big order. It was supposed to be... delivered and they sent a tracking link. It was never delivered and the link didn't work. A coworker went to pick it up and theytold him that I had cancelled it. I had not. The store would not answer the phone. If I could give a negative rating, I would.It's a shame, too, because this store is close to our office and our guys love pizza. They could have had a great customer. If I could give them 0 stars I would, I ordered a pizza and got a confirmation that my pizza was on the way paid a delivery fee... of $5 and tipped $5 waited an hour and a half and finally decided to go to the store because their phone was out of order andthe ?delivery line? was no help either well I went to see what was going on, not only was my order canceled but I was nevernotified that it got canceled.
