Online says there is a birthday reward but when I called she said you are calling PIZZA HUT we don't have any rewards for that
They tried to tell me there wasn?t a rubber band baked into my pizza that nearly choked me. So there?s that. Spoke with Maria,... she didn?t even apologize, just tried to gaslight be by saying nobody else has had a rubber band in their pizza. Guess I wasjust lucky to get one! Read more
The manager at store #027276 named Marie/Maria is the worst manager ever! How are you going to tell a customer you're not going... to refund their order after delivery this mess?!? She had absolutely no customer service capability skills AT ALL. I understandthey may not pay you guys what you're worth but at the very least be a decent human. Read more

I put this order in this morning to be delivered at 3p Because I had a busy morning and knew I wouldn't feel like cooking I have... family coming for the July 4th weekend and I knew pizza would be the fit for a quick meal. The driver delivered it right on timehot and fresh plus he climbed stairs to the 3rd floor. Thank You to the nice driver for being soooo nice and dropping off myorder at the front door and Thank You to the cook who prepared our order to our liking by the way it was 2 pizza's but they hadeaten half of the other one which was pepperoni, beef and mushrooms. 1 Star is too much. Ordered ONE pizza at closing for delivery and door dash driver shows up with $45 worth of food we didn't... want or order. they're refusing to refund. can't reach any corporate help and now the restaurant is ignoring my call? what kindof micky mousy operation is being ran here. avoid this place at all cost and get pizza somewhere else. straight up stole my $and call me crazy for trying to get it back.
