My pizza was delivered to someone else and I had to wait for them to make another. The person they delivered my pizza to called... me asking what happened. I had to instruct her to call the store. I was 100 percent disturbed that a stranger had my phonenumber and possibly some other personal details from the receipt that was attached to the pizza box. Read more
Absolutely stellar customer service at this location. The gentleman working the front counter on Thursday, 9/15, was so... communicative and friendly from the second I walked in the door. Food is always super fresh and tastes amazing. Highly recommendevery aspect about this location. Read more

Always a bad experience here, but yesterday was beyond unacceptable. I placed an order and after waiting a little over an hour I... contacted the store since I had not received my order yet. I was then told that my driver was unable to make it to the addressbecause the road was closed. Here is the ?closed road? having cars driving on it. Not only, was that not true but they couldhave at least contacted me so I can order from somewhere else before places closed. Just terrible. Read more
Pizza was ordered to have extra cheese?this is clearly not extra cheese. The crust on the pizza was extremely dry..no buttery... crust no garlic. The pizza was warm- but not hot. Seeing as how I am in the hospital with my kid and he wanted pizza tocelebrate the fact that his biopsy surgery results just came back negative for relapsed cancer I really expected that Pizza Hutwould be trustworthy to make what we ordered correctly. They failed. Also, my son wanted wings..I ate one of them and thechicken was super dry so my guess is they must have over cooked them. I ordered this at 10:30 am and set it for 11:30. The onlything that was accurate about this whole experience was that the delivery driver was here at 11:30 as requested. Since I decidedto leave a review- I noticed that there are several bad reviews on this particular location. From now on I?ll make sure to picka different location while we are here. Read more
Got there and the order wasnt what I wanted. The man claimed he canceled and refunded my money and never did. so he basically... robbed me of $35 and I paid $17 for the food I actually wanted. Been calling Pizza Hut for weeks and my money hasn?t beenrefunded. Read more
