Ordered at 10:00 said my food would make it by 10:45 food never came I called them like 10 times in between 10-11 nobody ever... picked up then at 11 couldn?t get through to the store any more , my money took they said it was nothing they could do about itand was rude the next day I called and hung up in my face. Not the stores fault but it is corporates fault. The pizza just tastes terrible now. You are better off getting a lunchable... pizza. I honestly feel bad leaving this review but corporate needs to reevaluate why they are losing money. The pizza tasteslike garbage, that?s why they are losing business not cost of ingredients. Despite NOT selecting contactless delivery, paying a tip and delivery fee up front, the text and pizza tracker stated "On the... way" until my family member found the pizza on the porch swarming with ants. I drove it back to the store (untouched) where theemployee was very apathetic to my issue. I will not be ordering from here again. Read more
Pizza delivered, no door bell ring or call. Store manager didn't apologize for me receiving a box with literally 3 slices of... pizza then send a wrong pizza to my house after the first 45min wait. 3rd pizza came 2hrs later and never got my refund forhorrible experience. Ordered delivery from this location on 2 separate occasions. The second is what did it for me. I placed an order online and was... able to proceed with an item that was sold out (apparently) instead of calling me and asking if they can send the driver withsomething else, they gave me fries. The item I ordered was $4.99 and the fries cost $2.99. I didn?t receive one phone call. Iknew from the first time, calling to get a refund or an item delivered to me because PIZZA HUT MESSED UP was going to be morecostly in my frustration and time. I don?t order the cheapest thing, I tip the driver BEFORE the delivery, and I leaveinstructions. I don?t know why I don?t receive the same courtesy when it comes to me paying for my food. Pizza Hut's Detroit Style Pizza isn't Detroit Style, it's a rectangle, medium pan pizza with a different sauce. Be warned. The... cheese doesn't cover any of the crust except one small area. Read more
