Was told the order would take 40 minutes. Then at the 40 minute mark I receive a text telling me it?s going to be another 45... minutes on top of that. I call over there and ask if I can just pick it up instead. They tell me that my order is still thereand that would be fine. I send my family member to go pick it up and while they are on their way over to pick up the pizza, Iget a call from the ?manager ? saying door dash has picked it up to deliver to me. I explained to her how I was told it wasstill there and they agreed I could pick it up. She said ?no, now one told you it was still here.? Very frustrating. I don?tlike being lied to. I ordered buffalo chicken pizza in person, unfortunately the pizza I paid over $23 was poor in cheese and meat. I will never... stop by Pizza Hut stores again!!!!! Read more

Super fast, food was tasty, 1st time having the lemmon pepper wings and they were good. The driver is awesome!

Extremely disappointed. They get a negative!! I ordered a pizza at 1020pm. I DID NOT select contactless delivery, however they... delivered my pizza at 1222am after they closed. It was left at the front door and on the ground. No one knocked on the door,rang the door bell, nothing. After picking my pizza off the ground literally (where bugs can crawl in the box) I noticed it wascold. Who delivers food like that and why was it cold.. who wants cold pizza? I paid delivery fees and tip $10 dollars more justfor that type of service. First time ordering from this location definitely the last. Read more

I was expecting pizza to be delivered in my hand, I never asked for contact less delivery. Pizza was on the nasty floor AND it... was cold. Had a nice tip for the guy who brought it, he could never get it because he barely knocked for us to hear. Read more

Apparently they were taking online orders for delivery without having a driver today. Instead of texting me (I signed up for... text updates) they called. My spam filter rejected the unknown number, requesting the caller to text. Instead, a VM was leftwhich I did not receive until 35 minutes later. I sent someone to go pick it up and of course, it was cold. Just a completelybotched up experience. You must communicate with customers as they ask you to. This location makes my order just right 99% of the time. The young man who works the front desk recognizes me, not sure if that... is a good thing or not (haha)! But, it is nice to know that this location has been working hard over many years and providingthe community with a great and consistent product. Read more

I am a disabled amputee in a wheelchair and use the curbside option because its easier for me. This time I did not bring my... wheelchair because I was just picking up my order and going home. I ordered pizza today and after waiting 10 minutes for someoneto bring my food out I called the store but no one answered the phone. I proceeded to park in front of the store and flag anemployee down. The manager Juan came out to bring my food and after I asked why did the store offer curbside if they are unableto fulfill it his response was I could have parked and came in the store. When I explained to him that I was in a wheelchair hepointed to the ramp next to the handicap parking and informed me that I could have got off the car there. I have never been madefeel like such a burden in my life because of my disability I will NEVER be returning to this location again. Read more
