I tell u this! They have awesome pizza, but if U DO NOT CHECK YOUR BOX BEFORE LEAVING THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS YO FIX YOUR ORDER.... Sometimes, we have things on our minds and may simply forget to look in the box every time. I feel they hold customersaccountable to catch their mistakes and then punish us if we do not catch it. Its not out job to make sure that they make outpizzas right. I paid an extra $2 for pepperonis that were not added. I wasn't the one who went inside to get the pizzas. Icalled and the lil smart mouth manager yelled at me on the phone UM THERE IS A SIGN ON THE WALL! Well, I have been going therefor years and there has never been a sign!!!!! It seems like every time we order pizza here the order is never right. When the employee answered she said "Hello" not "Thank... you for calling Pizza Hut" She was very rude like I was interrupting her. Maybe if she wouldn't have been pre occupied theorder would have been right. Read more

On last Saturday I had order a pizza special it included a pizza, 2 liter soda and some boneless lemon pepper wings. I waited... 45 min. The wait time wasn't the problem it was the drivers attitude ( said i called and no answer called and no answer) and..forget my drink. He only send me a text that was it! I was at work.
