By far the worst ever service,... ordered trough the web and after 1 hour and 20 minutes i called and i was left on hold, after... 20 min on hold, , noy exaggerating, stll on hold went to the place to show that i was still on hold, this afro american skinnygirl treated me like s**t, throwing everything yelling.... very getto for this neighborhood. Just had the worst experience I ever had at this location and usually it's not too bad. My pizza is going on 1.5hrs passed the... estimated delivery time. I try to call and no one picks up the phone. I tried calling several times was on hold for 20 minsbefore I decided to hang up. My kids have to b in bed in an hr and the food is still not here. My kids are screaming and cryingasking where the food is. This is one unhappy mother to tonight. The pizza is usually fresh and hot but this time the pizza was cold. Cheese sticks and pasta was hot no complaints there. The... extra marinara was not on the pizza delivery time was way past the 24-35 min mark. Read more
This was my first time ordering from here, and I am for sure never doing it again! I ordered wings and cheesesticks. I received... a call after placing my order telling me that they didn?t have cheesesticks, but that I could substitute it for something else,so I chose cinnamon rolls. My mom went to pick up the order, and she called me to tell me the wings were very cold, as if theyhad been sitting out. She also told me they were taking their time to give her the cinnamon rolls. I called the location to havethem cancel the order, but the employee who picked up immediately hung up. I called my mom to tell her and she said she saw theemployee look at the phone (I assume she saw my caller ID), look over at her, and hung up the phone. And as I was on the phonewith my mom, I heard the phone ring in the background and the employee answered the phone. I wish I could give it 0 stars! Read more
It honestly takes a lot for me to write reviews. But this sweet woman absolutely deserves a 5 star review. An hour went by... after I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, so I called to confirm they got my order. Joan answered the phone and I can hearmultiple lines ringing through my phone (it's a Friday night), yet she was so calm and collected when she spoke to me over thephone. She kindly said that they were down 2 drivers and I told her that I completely understood and it wasn't a rush, I wasjust checking in. She assured me that if I didn't receive my pizza within 10 minutes, to please call her back. It wasn't even 5minutes later, my pizza delivery man was at my door. He was also very sweet. I waited over 2hrs for a simple pizza order. When I called the first time I was told that I needed to wait ?another ten minutes?... because supposedly the driver had ?just left?. I actually waited 20 more minutes and I called back, by this point it was alreadya little over an hour. I knew our pizza was delivered to the wrong address because I saw the driver drive past the house andnever came back. All I got was a Sorry and that they?ll remake the pizza which took another hour. I should?ve just canceled theorder, when I got it it wasn?t even that great quality. I?ve ordered from this location a few times and I was satisfied but Idon?t think I will anymore. Read more
Placed a order online for delivery and waited over an hour so I called and the girl on the phone said that it was on its way 30... minutes pass and nothing so I called again and same girl answered still sounding all confused so apparently my order got lost intransaction or whatever so I had to wait another 20 minutes went in for pickup instead delivery would have took longer. Be aware, delivery can take 2 hours...Apparently they outsource delivery to Grubb Hub even if you order directly from Pizza... Hut's website. They should make that clear online. The website said the pizza was picked up by the driver online about 20 minafter ordering. We waited over an hour after that, and finally called to cancel the order. After we called to cancel, pizzafinally showed up 1hr and 50 min after ordering. Not ordering delivery from here again. Read more
